K.W Real Estate company was founded in 2009 by Khalid Al Hajj and Wael Barakat, as a small owned and operated real estate firm. By time the company had grown to become one of the most successful and independent real estate brokerages in Fujairah. In 2016, headed by Wael Barakat, the firm decided to open the second Branch in Dubai and the 3rd branch to be in AL Hayl Industrial area
