Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in Laravel and WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing full-stack web applications using Laravel, along with deep experience in building and customizing WordPress websites, themes and plugins. Proficiency in front-end development and SEO best practices is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain dynamic web applications using Laravel, PHP and MySQL
- Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch or modify existing ones to meet specific project needs
- Ensure fully responsive, mobile-friendly, cross-browser-compatible front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap
- Implement SEO best practices including meta tags, alt text, schema and page speed optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues across both Laravel and WordPress environments
- Apply UI/UX design principles to deliver user-friendly, visually consistent interfaces
- Collaborate using version control tools such as Git or GitLab
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in web development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in Laravel development
- 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development (themes and plugins)
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL and full-stack development principles
- Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Experience in debugging, performance optimization and plugin/theme conflict resolution
- Familiarity with SEO optimization tools and techniques
- Experience with UI/UX tools like Adobe XD, Figma or Photoshop
- Knowledge of WordPress REST API and third-party integrations is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
